How happy was I to step on the scale every day this week and have movement.  As of this morning I am now officially down 20.5 lbs. 

Obviously I attribute this success to a Ketogenic diet, but also consistency.  Although I’ve had cheat days, I have logged everything.  Making it a habit to track what I eat, even if it doesn’t fit my macros, has helped temendously.  In fact, this week I’ve been eating 30ish grams of net carbs a day, and I’ve been even more successful and this has tipped the scale.  I’ve also increased my protein this week.  So it’s ok if we aren’t always perfect 100% of the time and we can change it up, too.  

I look forward to losing the next 20 pounds!
