Begin Low Carb, High Healthy Fat consumption
My hope is to address the general malaise felt from being overweight, minimize sciatic nerve pain and back issues, clear skin, and have more energy for activities with my children. (Despite the scale showing 247.1 my weight upon waking this morning was 248.3).
